NEW!! Fuel Injector testing, cleaning and maintenance - We have invested in a machine that will allow us to test, clean, rebuild all Marine fuel injectors. Having this ability will cut down tremendously on the wait time to get your boat back. But MOST importantly it gives us the ability to correctly diagnose and control workmanship. In the past few weeks I have run many different styles of Marine injectors on the machine to get what I consider acceptable flow numbers. All the injectors came off engines that had ZERO complaints on the way the engines were running and I considered the owners to be "doing the right thing" on maintenance, fuel choice, etc. I was blown away on what I saw on a few. Some flowed fine at idle, and off by almost 40% at WOT, some leaked by while closed, and some did OK. After many hours on the machine I walked away with a new mind set that injectors should no longer be considered repair as needed, but should be part of general maintenance. I wish I could tell you what are realistic intervals...but I can't at this time. Some injectors that ran poorly were 7 year old 4 strokes with 300 hrs and some were both 2 and 4 stroke injectors less the 4 years old. But what I can say is...it absolutely cannot hurt to have them done! Yes it will cost more then what you budgeted for maintenance...but what kind of value do you put on your "quality time" on your boat? Priceless I'm sure... Having a peace of mind knowing you are doing all you can to enjoy your time on the water, and having the best crew taking care of your vessel should allow you to have confidence on any journey you decide to take. This service I am going offer to anyone...the DIYer, other repair shops, or we will be glad to do it all for you! Boat, RV and Trailer Storage - We have a fully secured fenced lot with camera surveillance. Storage fees are $1.25 per foot per Month for any size vehicle. Spaces are limited so contact us for availability.
